Q: Do you provide CPE training?
A: No. We instead partner with continuing education providers and we add value to their offerings by brining them aboard our automated, neutral, universal service.
Q: Aren't you like Travelocity®, Expedia®, or Orbitz® in that regard, only for the CPE industry instead of the travel industry?
A: Hey, you catch on fast!
Q: I already use a CPE provider that tracks the classes I take from them. Why do I need your CPE tracking tools?
A: CPE providers automatically track only the CPE you take from that provider. CE Convergence automatically tracks CPE taken from a wide range of providers.
Q: Do I have to input all of my current compliance-status information into your system when I first sign up? That sounds like a lot of work!
A: Well, you got us on that one… that's why we'll do it for you. Simply send us well-organized records for the current reporting period and we will have our trained staff input the information into your account. We accept emails and faxes. Heck, you can even send us photos of your certificates to work from. (Dogs… kids… vacation pix… feel free to send us those as well. We love to get to know our customers!)
Q: What if I like a lot of work?
A: Okay, okay, we know you're an accountant. We also offer forms on our site that you may fill in when you first sign up. This information provides the baseline from which we begin tracking your compliance status and sending you upcoming-deadline alerts.
Q: Will CE Convergence track CPE credits I receive from writing articles and books, taking university classes, or presenting seminars?
